JEREMY TARWATER PT, DPT

CEO/Co-Founder

Throughout my time at Clarkson University and early on in my career, I have been asked many questions about various injuries and health improvements. I found that there is a gap in information available to the general population, especially in Northern New York. I believe the information we provide to you for FREE on this site will help answer a lot of the questions you may have about health, injuries, and exercise!

A little more about me: I live in Northern New York and work full-time at Samaritan Medical Center. I enjoy treating patients with any injuries, but more specifically patients with Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD) or jaw pain and headaches. I frequently utilize Tai Chi and meditation with my patients to take an overall perspective on their health, movement, and recovery. During free time, my wife and I live our lives to the fullest by training our two dogs and bringing them on adventures with us!

RICARDO PACHECO PT, DPT

Networking Coordinator/Co-Founder

After graduating PT school from Clarkson University in 2018, I began my career in outpatient orthopedics and have had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of people.  The list goes from professional athletes to weekend warriors, from grandparents to children, from celebrities to your average Joes and the one thing that everyone always has in common is they all love to laugh.  I joined this team with one mission, bringing laughter to everyone reading my content while also leaving some sort of educational point that all readers can follow.  At the end of the day, if you aren’t laughing in life, then what’s the point?

A little more about me: I live in New Jersey and I am currently the director of an outpatient orthopedic clinic 15 minutes away from Manhattan.  I treat all orthopedic conditions ranging from joint replacement, traumatic injuries, chronic pain, knee surgery, shoulder surgery and the list goes on and on.   Enough with the boring stuff, when I’m not in the clinic I enjoy making my way across the water into the city and spontaneously catching a show at MSG, up into the Bronx for a Yankees game, into Queens for a Mets game and even making my way downtown to the

comedy cellar.

HANNA KEARNEY PT, DPT

Social Networking/Co-Founder

I first became interested in physical therapy after developing my own knee injury in high school competitive athletics. After seeing what PT can do to change someone’s life, I quickly combined my passion for education and love of medicine to become a physical therapist. I graduated from Daemen College in 2017, and have practiced in the areas of acute care, acute rehab, outpatient orthopedics and telehealth for people ages 0-90+.

Despite treating in many different areas of practice, much of my focus through my career has been helping patients manage chronic pain through traditional and alternative techniques. When I’m not treating patients, you can find me on the water, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and spending quality time with my husband Adam and our

3 pets: Oakley, Nora, and Jack.

SHAWN LILLIE PT, DPT

Movement Specialist/Co-Founder

I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Clarkson University in 2018. For undergraduate, I attended St. Lawrence University where I majored in Chemistry. I was born and raised in Upstate NY though now I reside in the greater Cleveland area with my wife Tara, who is also a Physical Therapist.

My clinical experience is primarily in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation at University Hospitals. I like to blend my love for athletics and weight training into my daily practices to allow my patients to reach their maximal movement potential through functional and corrective exercise. In addition, I have a manual background as well as incorporate dry needling to allow for peak performance and treatment.

When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife outside and traveling the world for new cultural experiences.

DANIELLE KEALY, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist / Blog Contributor

Born and raised in Upstate New York, I finished my graduate program in Speech-Language Pathology at Syracuse University in 2018. Since, I have practiced as a clinical SLP in a variety of settings including hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, and schools.

I find purpose as a speech-language pathologist in the relationships I have with my clients, the skills to foster communication between my clients and their loved ones, and the endless opportunities for learning. Research on mind-body practices, their impact on cognitive and communication skills, and the underlying neural mechanisms behind these benefits fascinate me. I'm very passionate about addressing psychosocial needs in the populations we encounter, as I believe they are interdependent with communication skills. I am excited to join this team and share what I continue to learn through research and my clients.

If I’m not working, I want to be alone in nature hiking places less traveled. I enjoy learning about and practicing different styles of yoga and meditation. I love spending time with my family, eating popcorn, and playing cards.
