Peak Movement Health can be used by physical therapists in connection with their provision of services to patients. Peak Movement Health does not provide any medical or health advice or services. When we collect health information for or on behalf of physical therapists in connection with providing or potentially providing treatment to patients, we do so as a “business associate” of the physical therapists and the information we collect may include protected health information (“PHI”) under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). In this regard, we enter into business associate agreements with physical therapists governing the use, privacy and security of PHI. We will use and disclose PHI only in accordance with the business associate agreements and HIPAA.
